Wellness Care Representative
The Wellness Center Representative is a professional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Ohioans management team, as well as a registered nurse or therapist and will perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs.

The representative will be responsible for observing each patient and providing the corresponding documentation to the clinical team for review.

Position Qualifications

Each Wellness Center Representative on the Ohioans team has proven to adhere to the followingn qualificiations:

1. Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
2. Desire to work with the residents of the facility.
3. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
4. Demonstrates tact, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Licensed driver with automobile that is insured and in accordance with Ohioans requirements, and is in good working order.
6. Minimum 18 years of age.
