    with the highest quality of care. Through our efforts to provide this quality, we have outlined below every effort we will make to achieve healthy and happy residents, and ultimately, we will operate your wellness center in its entirety.

    Our team promises:

    To provide top quality Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Home Health Aide assistance, as well as Medical Social Work services.

  • To accomodate any and all needs of the residents at your facility by actively demonstrating genuine interest and compassion towards each individual's needs.

  • To facilitate a positive, safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and their guests.

  • To ensure all the residents' healthcare needs are met.

  • To have a professional staff member available to all residents and employees of your facility to answer any and all of your questions related to the Wellness Center.

Expectations

To ensure that services are provided consistently at expected, Ohioans will provide the following to your facility:

An Information Resource Center where our staff will maintain and provide information regarding other healthcare services available to the patient, including in-home medical equipment, local area offices on aging resources, Medicare, VA Benefits, hospice services and much more.

Once a month, management meetings will be held with the staff of Ohioans and your facility to ensure both teams are working together and providing the services as expected.

On a quarterly basis, Ohioans will provide a complimentary Gait and Balance screening.

At all times, each direct care staff member will have a cell phone to ensure that Ohioans will be accessible when necessary by your facility and your patients.

Our on-site staff member will be a patient advocate with the correct knowledge to advise residents on all services we can provide, as well as the services that can be provided by the facility.

A fully-functional office will be setup in the Wellness Center with the appropriate furniture and supplies, making sure to keep consistent with your facility's expectations and decorum. To ensure that all your patients' needs can be met as best possible, Ohioans will maintain hours in this office space seven days a week. Office hours in the Wellness Center will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. On both Saturday and Sunday, office hours will be held from 9:00am to 12:00pm. These hours can be reviewed and are open to discussion during our monthly management meetings with your team.

We will go over private pay pricing packages; additionally Ohioans has the ability to bill one-time charges utilizing 15-minute increments.

To facilitate your facility in providing care for all Veterans in order to ensure they receive their government pension due and can utilize as best fit.

On a monthly basis, Ohioans will plan family and friends events that be will offered to the residents of your facility in order to help maintain a social community.

Approximately 2-3 times per week a staff member of Ohioans will host exercise classes to encourage residents to sustain a healthy, active lifestyle.
